Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Opened Bottles: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened bottles unless the product shows signs of leakage upon arrival. If you believe the product is defective due to leakage, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used and Empty Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been used or are empty.

• Other Exceptions: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Dispatch

• Same-Day Dispatch: We strive to dispatch all orders placed by 2:00 pm on the same day.

• Extended Dispatch Time: Due to the current situation, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

• Standard Tracked Delivery:

  • Delivery Time: 3-4 working days from dispatch.

  • Carrier: Sent via EVRI, which aims to deliver within 2-3 days, including Saturdays (please note, this is not a guaranteed service).

  • Tracking: You can track your order once it has been received by EVRI. No signature is required upon delivery.

• Tracked Express Delivery:

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days from dispatch.

  • Carrier: Delivered via EVRI.

  • Conditions: Available only Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed before 1:00 pm for next-day delivery. This service should not be purchased on Saturday or Sunday as next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
