REFUND POLICY
At LUXX JUICE, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened Bottles: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened bottles unless the product shows signs of leakage upon arrival. If you believe the product is defective due to leakage, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items

Used and Empty Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been used or are empty.

Other Exceptions: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with a picture so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at contact@barjuicevape.com with your order number and a photo of the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
