Shipping Policy

Same-Day Dispatch: We strive to dispatch all orders placed by 2:00 pm on the same day.
Extended Dispatch Time: Due to the current situation, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Standard Tracked Delivery:
- Delivery Time: 3-4 working days from dispatch.
- Carrier: Sent via EVRI, which aims to deliver within 2-3 days, including Saturdays (please note, this is not a guaranteed service).
- Tracking: You can track your order once it has been received by EVRI. No signature is required upon delivery.
Tracked Express Delivery:
- Delivery Time: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- Carrier: Delivered via EVRI.
- Conditions: Available only Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed before 1:00 pm for next-day delivery. This service should not be purchased on Saturday or Sunday as next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information: Your dispatch email will include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Steps to Take:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at crystaljuice3000@gmail.com.

Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at crystaljuice3000@gmail.com.

Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
Tracking: We advise using a tracked service for returning your order, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
